Indigo Yoga teaches ancient sciences in a course based contemporary format, bringing time tested knowledge to practical application in today’s society for balance, harmony and well-being.

Training, tools and techniques are offered from the Vedic sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. Indigo also draws on the knowledge of Japan with Reiki, and the Indigenous cultures of the Northern Americas with the Vision Quest.

With commitment, total transformation of ones life to greater health, increased energy and positivity are possible.

Weekly classes are now at our home studio located in the heart of Kitsilano.

Madhuri Ayurveda & Yoga offers Ayurvedic Consultations and treatments (Ayurvedic massage, shirodhara, Marma therapy) as well as private yoga therapy sessions.
